Composerdle is a daily classical-music guessing game. There are no accounts, no passwords, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking of any kind.

What is stored

That is the complete list. No email address, no phone number, no location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising identifier, and no behavioural profile.

How it is used

Only to run the game: to keep your scores and streak across sessions, to show the leaderboard, and to stop the same daily puzzle being replayed for points. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Where it is stored

Game data is held on Cloudflare R2 storage, keyed by the random identifier above. The website is served by Vercel, which processes ordinary web-server request logs on our behalf. Neither is given your data for their own purposes.

Deleting your data

You can erase everything at any time, with no request and no waiting period:

This permanently removes your stored profile — name, scores, streak and history — and clears the identifier from your device. It cannot be undone, and there is no backup copy to restore.

Other players' names

Stage names are chosen by players and shown publicly on the leaderboard. Objectionable names are filtered when they are set, and every leaderboard entry can be reported or hidden. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and objectionable names are withdrawn.

Children

Composerdle is suitable for all ages and collects nothing that could identify a child. There is no chat, no messaging, no user-uploaded media, and no way for players to contact each other.

Recordings and scores

Every recording and every page of sheet music in the game is public-domain or Creative Commons licensed, with the performer and licence named on the credits page.
